Visa Requirements and Travel Documentation
Do we need a tourist visa or do you take care of this?
Visas are not required when touring with Alla Tours. Our company is one of the first private companies that started working with cruise passengers. Since 2005, none of our clients have needed a regular visa. We provide our clients with documents, including tour tickets, that confirm your booking with Alla Tours. Your tour tickets act as a visa when you pass through Russian immigration in the cruise terminal. You will need ONLY your Alla Tours ticket and your passport. Here is some formal information about the requirements for visa-free passengers: According to Russian Immigration Law, tourists arriving to St. Petersburg on cruise ships have the right to disembark the ship without a regular Russian tourist visas provided they have met the following conditions:
(1) Duration of stay in Russia should not exceed 72 hours.
(2) Cruisers should overnight onboard the cruise ship.
(3) Cruisers should utilize the service of a Russian Tour operator The right to tour without visas is given to all cruise passengers matching the above conditions regardless of Tour operator.
Will we receive a confirmation and official tour papers before we leave for this cruise?
You will be able to print your tour confirmation documents (including your tour tickets) once you are fully booked and confirmed  with Alla Tours. Therefore, you should complete the booking forms for each member of your party on your Personal Account page. We cannot issue tour documents without your full legal name (as it appears on your passport), your passport number, your date of birth, and your citizenship.
What documents do we show to get off the ship?
When going ashore, please make sure you have the following set of documents:
  1. Your valid passport.
  2. Alla Tour tour tickets (for each member of your party).
Immigration forms: Do we present the completed immigration form on the first day or do we need to present one each day?
You no longer need to complete an immigration form. You will receive a completed electronic immigration form from the immigration officer when you pass through the immigration booth. Please keep this form inside your passport because every time you go though immigration/passport control, you will need to show the immigration form to the officer along with your Alla tour ticket and your passport.
All about touring, tours & tour sights
How many people will be on the tour? Will we pay more if there is less than the number of people required? Is the tour guaranteed even if there are very few people booked?
Group tours.
Below are the answers to your questions, which actually reflect the the most important features of a group tour:
  1. Max group size is: 16 people per van for St Petersburg and Tallinn; 26 pax for Stockholm, Berlin, and 32 pax for Helsinki.
  2. It is our office responsibility to compose the groups
  3. Group tours have guaranteed departure regardless of the number of people that have booked the tour.
  4. Group tours have a flat rate price which never changes regardless of the number of tour participants (from 2 pax to maximum).
Private tours
  1. Group size is determined by the tour participants.
  2. Group is composed by the tour participants. Our office will help in composing the groups by providing information about private groups open for tour sharing.
  3. We inform our private tour groups should there be those interested in joining their gourp. However, we never add new participants without the group permission.
  4. Price of a private tour depends on the group size. Please keep in mind that if your private group doesn't reach your desired number of people or some tour participant(s) cancel the tour at the last minute, your tour price will match your actual group size.
How strenuous is the St. Petersburg Grand tour? Are there any stops for rest?
Our St. Petersburg Grand tour is a very busy program and does involve lot of walking and requires much energy. Still the tour is well balanced in terms of combination of sightseeing and time for rest while driving from place to place. The most strenuous parts of the tour are visits to the Hermitage (about two hours of walking) and Peterhof grounds. In case you prefer something more relaxed or have limited mobility, we would suggest considering our Comfort tour. This program is available as a group or private tour option.
Can you include the Grand Choral Synagogue into a group tour in St. Petersburg?
Yes, we do include a short visit to the Grand Choral Synagogue per client's request. It will be a picture stop for about 5-10 minutes during the City Highlights tour. Please note, that visiting Synagigue is not possible on Saturdays, therefore, if the city highlights tour falls on Saturday, we will arrange the stop on the other day.
Does the visit to Peterhof include a tour of the Peterhof palace?
As far as our 2-day tours are concerned, only the Comfort tour includes an inside visit to Grand Peterhof Palace. Other 2-day tours include an inside visit to Catherine Palace instead. Both palaces are easily the most famous and beautiful palaces in the vicinity of St. Petersburg, but they are also very much alike: both were constructed in the middle of the 18th century to the design of the same architect (Francesco Rastrelli) and are decorated in the same architectural style – Russian Baroque. We strongly believe that it would be a pity to spend your limited time in our city on repetitive sightseeing, so we only include one palace at a time, offering you a choice between the two. Our 3-day Grand tour includes excursions in both palaces.
I am not a cruise ship tourist, can I still book a tour with your company?
We are glad to be of service to you no matter what transport you are travelling on. There are two options for you: you can take a customized land tour as a private tour arrangement, or join our group tour along with cruise passengers. Please note our group tours are scheduled in advance and are available only on particular dates. Please contact us regarding the availability.
I would like to know if we are doing the Gold room at the Hermitage?
The Gold Room tour is not included in our standard tours. Although it is an interesting exhibition, it is not the top site we suggest visiting during such a limited time you are staying in the city. We never include Gold room tour into group tours. However, we do include this tour into private tour programs at clients' request.
I noticed that the subway ride is optional, is it included on the group tour?
Subway ride is included in all our tours. “Optional” means that those who do not want to participate due to various reasons might stay in the van whilst the rest of the group is on the metro tour. If you are on a private tour and all members of your party do not want to go to the metro (subway), we can easily skip this activity all together.
Will the one hour long boat ride have outside and/or inside seating?
The boat will have both inside and outside seating. It is important should the weather is rainy or windy.
Do you have a possibility to arrange a wheelchair for one person from my group?
Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a wheelchair for the entire trip. Though, it will be possible to hire a wheelchair for the Hermitage tour per your request, without any additional charges.
Does the guide use a microphone in the van and on the tours?
The guide uses a microphone in the van and riverboat. If your group is larger than 7 people, you will get earphones and receivers to make it easier for you to hear everything your guide is saying. For groups less than 7 people, earphone sets can be arranged upon request.
Can you provide car seats for children as required by law?
Yes, we provide car seats for children. Please make you request when you book the tour.
Can we have a Russian speaking guide for our St.Petersburg tour?
It is a pity to say but we provide tours in any language except Russian. No tour operator working with foreigners has a right to offer tours in Russian. It seems quite strange, but this is a protectionist policy of museums: they require that the excursion is provided by muesum' guide. As you understand, if we hire guides for you in each museum (different people in each), the tour price will get much higher.
Hydrofoil and boat rides: are these the same?
The hydrofoil is the speed boat sailing between St Petersburg and Peterhof summer estate and back. It is the fastest mean of transportation for these particular locations: it will take you just 30 min to get form one point to the other. ATTN! Hydrofoil doesn't sail to Tsars Village! The boat ride is the slow sailing along rivers and canals of the city allowing to view the city's beautiful architectural ensembles, squares and bridges from the water level. Boat ride is 1-hour sightseeing excursion.
Early entry to the Hermitage: is it realy important?
Early entry to the Hermitage is the special arrangement for the start of the tour before the regular opening time of the museum. The time for our groups to enter the museum is given between 9:30 and 10:00 am whilst the main flow of the visitors will gain the access to the museums’ collections not earlier then 10:30am. Thus, our clients have the exceptional opportunity to enjoy the museum’s treasures without hassle and crowds!
How flexible are your tours?
Our private tours are flexible and all the changes clients might wish to make during the touring days would be accommodated if possible. It is important to know that the possible changes might affect the tour price!
Our group tours do not have much flexibility. The tour will be run to cover the sights shown in the program. Any changes will be possible only if the entire group agrees upon the tour program change and if the time limits of excursion allows it.
ATTN! The order of sights-visiting in all tours we offer may be subject to change due to various technical reasons, however the content of every program will always remain as previously stated.
Will we be able to view the impressionist collection at the Hermitage?
Up until 2014, most of the collection had been located in Winter Palace (except for a few large-scale paintings). However, as the General Staff building has recently been restored, most of the impressionist collection was moved there instead. Unfortunately, there is simply not enough time to include a visit to the General Staff building on a 1-day or a 2-day group tour, but we will be more than happy to arrange one on a private tour for you. Please let us know if you are interested in more details. Kindly keep in mind that our 3-day Grand tour of St. Petersburg does include a visit to the General Staff building.
Package Tours
Do the package tours include long walking?
Berlin tour is mainly vehicular and includes only picture stops. There won't be much walking involved. Walking will occur mainly in the area of the Berlin wall, Holocaust memorial, Check Point Charlie and Brandenburg gates. About 5-15min at each location. Of course, the picture stops might be adjusted - it depends on the traffic. But in general, you won't be walking for long distances.
Stockholm tour includes more walking: 1 hour walk in the Old town (Gamla Stan) + 40-60 min walking tour in Vasa museum. However, it won't be an extremely tiring walk.
Helsinki Highlights tour lasts only 3 hours - it is mainly a vehicular tour. Pleae note that although the Helsinki tour is mainly a driving tour, you will have about 10-15 min of walking in Sibelius park and also walking on the Market square. There also will be a picture stop at Templiaco church (Rock church). You will be able to get into the church to see the interior provided there is no special event or service held. The rest of the tour is vehicular.
Best of Helsinki & Seurasaari tour includes the highlights tour (above) with the addition of approximately one hour of walking in the Seurasaari open-air museum (over flat, even surfaces).
Tallinn Grand tour is a 3 hour walking tour along the narrow, cobblestone streets without many opportunities to rest. You also have 2 hours to explore on your own prior to your transfer back to port. Old Tallinn is the main attraction of this port and it is not possible to see it on a bus tour as the area is for pedestrians only. The tour will go from the Upper town down to the Lower town which means that you will be descending rather than ascending. However, this tour will be rather difficult for people with any mobility issues. The two transfers we provide for this tour are most convenient since the first one saves up your energy for the 3h walking tour and the second one is a great help for you to get back to the ship instead of walking for another 20 min back to the ship after walking around the old medieval city for about 5 hours.
Complete Enchanting Tallinn tour includes approximately the same amount of walking as the Tallinn Grand tour above but the first hour of your tour will be mainly vehicular with photo stops.
St Petersburg tours involve lot of walking and in general are pretty strenuous. Please contact the office for our recommendation of the most appropriate tour program for you.
How will payments be made for the tour package: all in one payment or at each city?
Package tours are to be paid in St. Petersburg. No payments are required in the ports of call.
Where do we meet you?
Please refer to your disembarkation instructions regarding where to meet your Alla Tour guide in each port of call. You will recognize your guide holding the ALLA TOURS sign.

Evening Tours
What is the last date we can book a theatre ticket?
We suggest that our clients book evening tours well in advance. These are very popular and a shortage of tickets is quite possible. However, we will try to accommodate your request even on the day of your arrival. But, in this case we cannot guarantee the availability of tickets or the quality of seats.
What is location of theater seats?
As a rule, we purchase seats from the 3rd to 12th row in the stalls, or, if the stalls are not available, we purchase the first row in the balcony. We always try to get the best seats available.
What is the dress code for the ballet and folk show? If we do not return to the ship, can we bring a change of clothes?
There is no particular dress code for the Folk show; it is an informal and amusing event. As for the ballet, smart casual clothes would be most appropriate. There is no need to be really dressed up. If you would like, you can bring some fresh clothes with you and change in a van or restroom.
Do we stay in town for the evening tour or can go back to the ship?
The procedure depends on what time your day tour ends and what time the evening program starts. As a rule, if you book the Folk Show, we do not return you to the ship. The show starts at 6:30 pm. The time when we should be in the theater is 6:00 pm. The day program is over by 5:00 or 5:30 pm. As you see, there is no time for returning back to the ship. We will take you to a local cafe for a light meal. They accept credit cards there, so there is no need to worry about having Russian rubles. After that we will accompany you to the Folk show. After the performance, our driver will pick you up at the theater and give you a lift to the ship. If you are planning a ballet, which usually starts at 8:00 pm, we have time to go back to the ship. Here you can decide yourself: if you wish to return to the ship for change and quick meal, we will arrange the round trip transportation. If you would prefer to stay in the city and have some meal before the theatre in a local cafe/restaurant, we welcome this desire as well. Think of what is most convenient for you and we gladly make appropriate arrangements.
How do we pay for the ballet/Folk Show tickets?
Payment for the evening tour will be collected on the first day of your tour along with payment for the rest of the tour. Thus, payment with either credit card (Visa or Master) or in cash would be fine with us. Please note: once theater tickets have been purchased, there are no refunds for any reason because none of the theaters will issue refunds.
Our Guarantees
Do you guarantee we will visit all sights mentioned in the itinerary?
Yes, you will see all the sights we advertise, although the order of sights visited during your excursion may not coincide with the sample itineraries shown on our web site. The schedule will vary depending on closed days of the museums and the actual arrival and departure time of your particular ship. Last minute changes may take place due to specific times given by the museums for our tour groups to enter museums. Also, please note that the hydrofoil ride and the boat ride (river cruise) are contingent on weather.
The schedule shows our return to the ship one hour prior to sailing on the second day of touring. Will you guarantee this?
We guarantee to get you back to your ship in time for sailing. In over 10 years as an private, independent tour company, we have never missed getting any of our guests back to their ship in time for sail away in any of our Baltic ports of call. However, were something "hypothetically" to occur, Alla Tours would pay for 100% of all costs associated with quickly delivering you to your next port of call.
Lunches
Is lunch included? Is it a set menu? If so, are we able to choose something else off the menu? We have some restrictions and would like to know what is on the menu.

We include lunches in our group tours in St. Petersburg and light lunches in the Warnemuende area. Tours in other cities do not include any meals. Most of the lunches offered on our group tours are set meals and, due to time limitations, it is not possible to order something different from the menu once you arrive at the restaurant. Lunches at the Stolle pie shop are not set menus and you may order what you please from the menu (see lunch descriptions for tours below).

Lunches:

Our Private tours do not include lunches. Lunches may be requested for an additional $20 per person, per day.

Our Group tours in Saint Petersburg all include lunches.

1-day Group Intro Tour: includes a packed lunch (a favorite enjoyed by locals and visitors alike; Stolle pies (one sweet and one savory), an apple, a bar of chocolate, juice and bottled still water).

2-day Grand Tour: includes two different types of lunches: One will be a sit-down, set menu lunch at a lovely restaurant and will offer soup, main course (usually chicken or turkey, but, infrequently, beef), bread, and beverage (water + tea or coffee) and desert. The other will be a packed lunch consisting of a favorite enjoyed by locals and visitors alike; Stolle pies (one sweet and one savory), an apple, a bar of chocolate, juice and bottled still water).

2-day Comfort Tour: includes two lunches at local restaurants. One will be a sit-down, set menu lunch at a lovely restaurant and will offer soup, main course (usually chicken or turkey, but, infrequently, beef), bread, and beverage (water + tea or coffee) and desert. The other will be at the very popular Stolle pie shop where you can order your choice of 2 tasty pies from the menu; soup, tea/coffee or soft drink or bottle of water.

2-day Imperial Splendors + Faberge tour: includes two lunches at local restaurants.

3-day Grand Tour: includes three lunches at local restaurants. Two will be sit-down, set menu lunches at lovely restaurants and will offer soup, main course (usually chicken or turkey, but, infrequently, beef), bread, and beverage (water + tea or coffee) and desert. The other will be at the very popular Stolle pie shop where you can order your choice of 2 tasty pies from the menu; soup, tea/coffee or soft drink or bottle of water.

NOTE: If you have any dietary restrictions, please advise at time of booking, and we will do our best to provide you with an appropriate meal if possible.

I see that a packed lunch on the first day is included. Is it also permissible to bring food from the ship?
Sure, you can take some food from the ship to be sure you will not get hungry. There will be no problems bringing snacks through immigration.
Could you offer something special for vegetarians?
We offer a special vegetarian menu. For the packed lunch, it will be Stolle pies filled with vegetables, juice, a bar of chocolate and apple. The restaurant lunch will include steamed vegetables, a vegetable soup and salad, and some cake or ice-cream for desert. If you require a vegetarian diet, please indicate whether or not fish is a suitable alternative (semi-vegitarian).

What is the deadline for booking?
The deadline for booking our group tours is three days prior to your arrival in the port. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. We won't be able to start a new group tour within 3 days of your ship's arrival, but there might be free seats still available in some of existing groups. If you plan a private tour, we suggest that you book your trip at least two weeks advance to secure a private guide and vehicle. If it is a last minute request, we will confirm the booking only if we have one of our guides available. So, last minute booking is possible as well.
Meeting/ship delays
Where do we meet you?
Please refer to your disembarkation instructions for instructions on where to meet your guide in each port of call. Your disembarkation instructions are available for printing in your “documents to print folder”.
What happens if we cannot get off the ship in time for the tour start time? i.e. if, say, the ship disembarks their own tours first?
In order to get off the ship on time, please follow our disembarkation instructions - you will get the document with instructions after a tour booking. If you follow our disembarkation instructions, you will have no problem in meeting with your guide at the appointed time.  The group guide will  wait for those who are late for no longer than 15 min after the appointed meeting time and then will start the tour. But the manager will wait for late clients for another 15 minutes, (30 minutes in total counting from the beginning of the appointed meeting time). If the late clients are there within this time, they will be taken to the city and joined with the group. We will not charge any extras related to clients' transportation to the city, but won't make any deduction for their loss of a part of the morning tour either. If clients are even later than 30 minutes after the appointed meeting time, we suggest coming to ANY port staff/immigration officer and ask them to give a call to ALLA tours company. We will come up and then take you to the city to join the tour. Please note: for late guests showing up later than 30 minutes after appointed meeting time, payment the transportation to the city will be covered by the client.
We kindly request that you be punctual in consideration of your fellow cruise mates who will be joining you on your group tour.
What happens if the ship is late arriving in port?
If the ship is delayed, we will be aware of this issue and will wait for you and do as much of the tour program as possible - it will depend on the working hours of the museums included in the itinerary.
  • If more than half of the tour is not covered, the payment will be 50% of the tour cost.
  • If we cover all the program, even in a shorter time span, the payment will be 100%.
  • If the ship does not call into port at all - no payment will apply.
Payment and Gratuity
How do we pay for the tour?

We do not require any deposits for our Group tours. Payment in full is to be made on the first day of your tour in St. Petersburg. (The only exception to this rule is if you have booked a tour in a Baltic port but you are not touring with us in St. Petersburg. In this case, we will be unable to collect payment from you in St. Petersburg and will require full prepayment).

We require a 20% deposit on Private tours due one month prior to the start of your tour. This deposit is fully refundable provided that you inform us of cancellation, in writing, at least one week before the start of your tour. Your deposit is also fully refundable if, for any reason, your ship does not dock in port. If you have any questions, please contact us for more information. The remaining 80% will be payable on the first day of your tour in St. Petersburg.

We accept two types of credit cards: Visa and Master card. We do not charge any extra fees for using credit cards. Please be aware that your total will be charged in Russian rubles. The amount will depend on the exchange rate on the day of your payment. Because of this, Visa/MasterCard Europe will most probably charge a conversion fee from Russian Rubles to the currency used at your bank. Additionally, please check to see if your credit card carries a foreign transaction fee (there are cards available that have no foreign transaction fees). Alla Tours does not charge any of the aforementioned fees - these fees are imposed by Visa/MasterCard Europe and/or your bank.

What is included into the tour price?

Group tour:
Our group tours are all inclusive. You won’t need to pay any extra unless you with to take pictures or take videos inside Yusupov palace. For Yusupov palace, the extra fee is: still camera $6USD; video-filming 12USD.
Private tour:
Your tour cost (invoice) will cover all expenses except for the cost of camera/video fee in Yusupov palace and your lunches unless you have ordered your lunches though our office. If you have ordered your lunches through our office, the cost of meals will be included into your total tour price.

Tips are not included into any of our tours. Suggested amounts are 10% to your guide and 5% to your driver (given separately).

Will you charge any extra if we use a credit card for payment?
We do not add any fees of any kind to the tour price should our guests decided to pay with credit or debit card. Our receipt will show Russian rubles, however, your card will be charged in the currency you have on your bank account. We use the most favorable exchange rate based on the one used by the State Russian bank on the day of payment. Should you decide to pay via credit card, please make sure:
  1. You have informed your bank about your intention to pay in Russia to avoid any complications when we process your card.
  2. Beside this, please check what commission your bank will charge you for the payment made in Russia. Please note that this conversion fee is charged by your bank and not by Alla Tours.

Please keep in mind that all bank fees on Russian side are covered by Alla Tours

How will payments be made for the tour package: all in one payment or at each city?
Package tours are paid in St. Petersburg. No payments are required in the other Baltic ports of call.
Does your tour cover all camera usage, both inside and outside of all the venues?
Our tour covers all camera usage, both inside and outside of all the venues except the Yusupov Palace. Additional charge of 360 RUB ($6 US Dollars) will apply for picture taking with a still camera and 710 RUB (12 USD) for video-filming. You can pay these fees (in cash only) to our manager who meets the groups at Yusupov palace.
What is the suggested gratuity to the driver and guide?
We suggest a 10% gratuity for the guide and 5% for the driver given separately.
Will I be able to add our tip for the tour guide and driver to our credit card charge?
Unfortunately, you cannot add your tip to your credit card charge. Gratuity is to be paid in cash directly to your guide/driver.
What is the best way to exchange US Dollars for Rubles?
Here are the ways to purchase Russian rubles:
  1. You can order Russian rubles at your home bank. This way you will get a good exchange rate and, more importantly, you will not spend your time searching for ATM machines in order to get the local currency upon your arrival in St Petersburg. The last won’t be too complicated but will help to use your time for sightseeing only.
  2. You will be able to exchange US Dollars to Rubles onboard your ship. However, they will have the least favorable exchange rate. This, on the other hand, is not a huge loss because you would require just some $20-40USA if you are on a group tour.
  3. You can use ATM machines in the port and on your tour route. So you will definitely have a chance to get some rubles if needed.

If you are on a private tour and didn't book lunches though our office, you will need Russian rubles. Be aware: credit cards are accepted mainly by expensive restaurants which always involve a long service. As a rule, the majority of our guests prefer to have something simple and fast for lunch. This could be served in a cafe where credit cards are very rarely accepted. So, you would need about 50-70 USD pp for your meals and other small purchases.

What would be the best method of payment for shopping?
All souvenir shops accept major credit cards. However, we suggest having small amount of local currency for each country you visit. You may need some cash to pay for small articles like water, soda, ice cream or post cards/stamps and to visit restrooms if needed.
Discounts
How can we get the 5% discount?
The 5% discount is provided for full groups (16 people), composed online through www.cruisecritic.com or www.tripadvisor.com.
For the student discount, does their normal school ID work for that?
Children under 18 years old: Provided with 10% discount. A local student/school ID will work just fine.
Students 18 years old and older: To claim the discount, an ISIC card is required (www.isic.org). Unfortunately, a local university/college student card will not be sufficient for discount.  (note: the ISIC is required by Russian museums, not Alla Tours.)
Dress code
What type of clothes should we bring with us?
Casual comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended. St Petersburg, just like all the other cities on the coast of the Baltic sea, has unstable weather. It might change during the day and, therefore, it is best to dress in layers. In the morning it might be pretty fresh if not to say, cool. In the afternoon it might be hot and in the evening pouring with rain! Please check with the weather forecast before you trip or check your ship's daily newsletter for the weather forecast. It will give you some idea of what to expect.
Is there any dress code to visit churches?
All the churches you will go inside are museums and do not require any specific dress code. The only active church you might visit during your highlights drive tour is St. Nicholas cathedral: no bare shoulders or knees. But this visit is optional and is always subject to time permitting.
What is the dress code for the ballet and folk show? If we do not return to the ship, can we bring a change of clothes?
There is no particular dress code for the Folk show; it is an informal and amusing event. As for the ballet, smart casual clothes would be most appropriate. There is no need to be really dressed up. If you would like, you can bring some light fresh clothes with you and change in a van or restroom.
Shopping
Where do we go shopping in St Petersburg?
Some shopping time can be accommodated at the group's request, time permitting. Please let your guide know if you are interested in some shopping opportunities.
Apart from this, you will have a chance to shop when you are on the tour around the city; inside the museums and nearby museums - there are plenty of street vendors. So, those who are interested in shopping will find some opportunities for this.
What would be the best currency for shopping? Will the souvenir shops and street vendors accept euros and/or US dollars, or will they require Rubles?
All souvenir shops accept major credit cards or foreign currency in cash: US Dollars and/or Euro. All street vendors accept foreign currency and many accept credit cards as well. However, we suggest having Russian rubles for payment for small articles like water, soda, ice cream or post cards/stamps.
Cancellation Policy
What is your cancellation policy?
  1. 100% refund if the ship does not call into a port;
  2. 100% refund provided that you cancel your reservation in writing at least 7 days before the start of your tour;
  3. No refund will be made if the cancellation is received within less than 7 days before the start of the tour or in the case of a "no-show" ("no-show" is a guest who never cancelled, and never reported to our waiting guide/manager at the port after their ship's arrival). Private tour deposits will be 100% refunded provided that you cancel your reservation in writing at least 7 days before the start of the tour. There are no refunds of private tour deposits if the cancellation is received in less than 7 days.
Attn!

Regarding ballet, folklore and other theater tickets: There are no refunds for the Ballet, Russian Folkloric, or any other theatre performances once your ticket has been purchased by Alla Tours.

Attn!

Please note that the Moscow speed train tickets are not refundable under any circumstances.
