«We did a 3 day St Petersburg tour with Angela. We specifically chose the 3 day Allatours trip because it included everything including the Faberge Museum (My personal highlight). Our party was 4 people - my wife and I and 2 children aged 17 and 14. Our group had 16 people all together. . What can I say: Angie is 1st class. 5 stars. Top dollar. I could not imagine a Guide being any better. She skilfully got us around absolutely everything, in good time. Just the perfect level of information, entertainment, lightness of touch and accommodating individual requests.All with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble, everything totally taken in her stride. In a word - fantastic. She totally made a once in a lifetime trip to St Petersburg unforgettable. Could not recommend her highly enough. And Allatours? Fantastic too. «Our two days (10-11June 2017) in St Petersburg with Angie were simply wonderful!
We were apprehensive about booking a non-ship tour but from the time of our booking we were reassured by Alla Tours professionalism. Regular contact to update us about possible itinerary changes, clear instructions regarding meeting our guide and no up-front payments required.
From the start, Angie made us all feel at ease and welcomed us to a city that she obviously loved. Her English was perfect and she spoke with great clarity - a real bonus as two of our own party have hearing problems. Even in the more crowded places, she always made sure that none of her group had strayed and were aware of her movements.Angie's knowledge was immense and she was happy to answer questions and give more information.Importantly, with a group of a certain age, she also made sure we had regular comfort breaks!
It is impossible for us to have retained all the information about St Petersburg's history, art and buildings but Angie brought the city alive for us in those two days.
